"Transcell started making loss-in-weight feeders relatively early. We built our business on load cells and instruments," said Li Long, Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Center at Changzhou Transcell Technology.
2018 was a very important year for Transcell. That year, Transcell launched a new logo – Transcell Technology – marking an important milestone for Transcell Technology to set sail. In 2020, Transcell put into use a new manufacturing center with a factory area of 4,500 square meters, as well as a 400 square meter R&D center and a 200 square meter testing center.

Regarding how design and service are specifically carried out, Li Long gave several examples and told us a customer story.
Equipment Installation: After agreeing on the installation scope with the customer at an early stage, we strive for excellence within that scope and strictly follow installation specifications.
Equipment Commissioning and Operation Training: We provide detailed technical training to customers. For major customers, we conduct regular visit tours to check for and solve problems. We also provide free training for customers' new employees.
Professional Repair: In addition to providing on-site professional repair services, we also offer remote technical support to customers. With the customer's permission, we can perform remote operations from within Transcell Technology. The company places great emphasis on the service aspect. All engineers have undergone professional training at the company and are committed to bringing customers the best after-sales service experience.
"Last year, a listed modified plastics company in Shanghai had been using imported equipment. The customer wanted to localize their supplier and found us.
At that time, they had to choose between us and an imported brand. After a long comparison with both machines running on-site, they found almost no difference – Transcell was by no means inferior.
During the subsequent equipment supply process, the customer raised some detailed safety requirements. After listening to their needs, we were greatly inspired.
After making improvements according to the customer's requirements, the customer was very satisfied. Transcell also gained a good reputation. The customer's several hundred devices cost less than a few tens of thousands of yuan in maintenance each year.
