The conveying unit adopts one-piece stamped 316 stainless steel with quick-disassembly design, plus U‑hopper anti-bridging structure and dual vent optimization. Core parts such as screws are independently produced, ensuring stable, accurate and smooth material feeding, efficient ventilation, and fast spare part replacement.
The sensing unit covers a wide range of 20KG–1000KG, supports high accuracy from C3 to C6, and can be customized for explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant use. Optimized with EMC circuits and AI algorithms, it outputs real and dynamic mass flow signals clearly shown on the HMI.
